The company announced that it is releasing Office 365 for free to iOS users and recognizes that some of its Office 365 purchasers might be regretting their decision days (or months) after the fact.
The company is now offering refunds to anyone who might be affected.
You will have to apply for the refund. Microsoft has limited the refunds to those who purchased Home or Personal subscriptions to Office 365; business subscriptions are out of luck.
Another condition is that you have to have purchased your Office 365 subscription on or after March 27 of this year. And if you purchase your program from iTunes, you'll have to contact iTunes Store Support directly to see what can be worked out. | |
